Can my life possibly get any better? I don't know if that's possible.
I went to Seattle and Portland over the weekend and had a really great time with my family and my friend Austen. I visited a college in Washington, but I have to say that I wasn't really impressed. I can't imagine going there, I feel like I should tell them that. In the entire Art School, there is one studio...WAT?
But then, I got to go back to my first choice, Oregon College of Art and Craft. They are perfect. Always have been. I love it there. I need to be there.
I went to meet with a counselor, took a tour, ate lunch. Then I met with the lady who gets to decide if I'm in or not. She was wonderful and friendly. And at the end of our meeting, she grabbed my hands, looked me in the eye and said "I'll see YOU in the fall"
ANNNND I bawwwwed.
And I got SO excited...that I left my portfolio in the cafe we were sitting in! I was so embarrassed, but that's not too big haha.
Also AJ... you are wonderful and make me so happy. I'm so lucky to have met you...
(I used to hate it when people would add stuff like that in there... but now I understand.)
I'm also doing well in school...so CAN life improve for me? I don't think so
